I am often asked by the media how I became so successful in my business ventures. They want to know if I had luck or grew up wealthy. I actually grew up far from wealthy and I don’t believe it is luck that has brought me a great husband and family and incredible business success, amazing clients, and a lifetime of joy.
I watched the Super Bowl on Sunday and was rooting for the Saints as the underdogs. I realized after the game ended when I heard Drew Brees interviewed and he said that he dreamed of the moment where he would stand up on the Super Bowl podium with his son long before Baylen was born.
You see I dreamed of Mark, my husband, long before I met him… I dreamed of being married to man like him and having the life we have. I also dreamed of my business success and saw it and felt it and believed it.
Success to me is about believing it and being clear about what you vision and then not sitting back and hoping to achieve what you desire but instead taking daily actions to achieve what you are visioning.
